Confidentiality
Any disclosure of IP related information to WMA will be covered by a blanket confidentiality commitment. Any such disclosure will thus not fall under the terms of “prior disclosure” in the meaning of any relevant section, rule or article of either the 1978 Patent Act or the EPC.
Liability
WMA will take all possible steps to ensure accurate and relevant advice is given to our clients. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the results of any action taken on such advice.
Charges & Invoicing
WMA works on a basic hourly rate of GBP 250.- ex VAT. Most tasks mandated to WMA are normally charged on a pre-agreed piece rate.
